Today is the day! The Coffee&Code Philadelphia AI Agent Hackathon begins at Pennovation Works.

Event details
Date: Sunday, September 20, 2026
Location: Pennovation Center, Philadelphia
Hackathon hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Please arrive early enough to check in, find your team, and get settled before the opening ceremony.
Today’s schedule

9:00–9:40 AM — Registration and check-in

10:00–10:15 AM — Opening ceremony

10:15–10:30 AM — Sponsor challenge and track introductions

10:30 AM — Workshops begin

11:00 AM–6:00 PM — Hackathon build time
Two 30-minute workshops will run simultaneously throughout the workshop program. Please review the schedule and venue map when you arrive to find the correct workshop room.
Hackathon tracks and rewards

The Code Registry Challenge — $3,600 value prize

quirq: Build It — $500 cash

quirq: Break It — $500 cash

GalaxyGate — $1,000 in compute credits

Bring Your Own Project — $400 cash

HumanStandard Fellowship — Launch support and additional builder benefits
Each challenge has its own requirements and judging criteria. Sponsors will introduce their tracks during the opening ceremony and answer questions throughout the day.

Sponsors and track partners
Please be ready to give your three-minute track introduction during the opening ceremony. You may also set up posters, resources, demonstrations, or sponsor materials in your designated area.
Volunteers and mentors
Thank you for helping with check-in, room navigation, workshops, participant questions, food, judging logistics, and event operations. Your support is what makes a community event of this size possible.
Food and venue information
Pizza and refreshments will be available in the designated food area. Please use the event map to locate the Hacker Area, presentation stage, workshop rooms, sponsor areas, and food station.
Awards and Community Night
Our closing celebration will take place on Tuesday, September 22 at Cesium.
